No, Google Maps Navigation is not broken. It is a widely used and reliable navigation tool that provides accurate directions and real-time traffic information to help users reach their destinations efficiently. However, like any technology, there may be occasional glitches or inaccuracies, but overall, Google Maps Navigation is a highly functional and valuable tool for users. **

Google Maps Navigation does require an internet connection to provide real-time navigation and directions. However, Google Maps does offer a feature called offline maps, which allows users to download maps of specific areas for offline use. While offline maps can provide basic navigation like route planning and viewing saved locations, real-time traffic updates and turn-by-turn directions will not be available without an internet connection. **

Google Maps Navigation does require an internet connection to provide real-time navigation and directions. However, users can download specific maps for offline use in advance, which allows them to access basic navigation features like route planning and turn-by-turn directions without an internet connection. Offline maps do not provide real-time traffic updates or satellite imagery, but they can still be useful in areas with limited or no internet connectivity. **

Google Maps calculates arrival times during navigation by using a combination of real-time traffic data, historical traffic patterns, and machine learning algorithms. It factors in current traffic conditions, road closures, accidents, and construction to provide users with the most accurate estimated time of arrival. By continuously updating and analyzing data from various sources, Google Maps can adjust its calculations in real-time to provide users with the most efficient route and arrival time. **

Google Maps Navigation typically requires an internet connection to provide real-time directions and traffic updates. However, Google Maps does offer a feature called "offline maps" that allows users to download specific areas or regions for offline use. While offline maps can provide basic navigation like route planning and turn-by-turn directions, features like real-time traffic updates and satellite imagery will not be available without an internet connection. **

To use Google Maps instead of Navigation, simply open the Google Maps app on your device. Then, enter your destination in the search bar and select the route you want to take. Once the route is selected, you can start the navigation by tapping on the "Start" button. This will provide you with turn-by-turn directions and real-time traffic updates, just like the Navigation feature. **

There may be no internet during navigation with Google Maps because the device may have lost its internet connection. This can happen if the device is in an area with poor or no network coverage, or if there are issues with the device's internet connection. Additionally, if the device is in airplane mode or has its data turned off, it will not be able to access the internet for navigation. It's important to ensure that the device has a stable internet connection in order to use Google Maps for navigation. **

Google Maps calculates arrival times during navigation by using a combination of real-time traffic data, historical traffic patterns, and machine learning algorithms. It takes into account factors such as current traffic conditions, road closures, accidents, and construction to estimate the time it will take to reach the destination. The app also considers the user's driving speed and the type of road being traveled on to provide a more accurate arrival time. Additionally, Google Maps continuously updates the estimated arrival time as the journey progresses based on the changing traffic conditions. **
